If further testing is needed, we will create a comprehensive plan to help each patient reach their optimal health. We also offer Telemedicine and will have your prescriptions sent directly to your local pharmacy after your in-person or telemedicine visit.

Dr. Isiguzo is a doctoral prepared, licensed, and nationally board certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse practitioner by both ANCC and AANP. Excellent NP experience in Primary Care, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, and Physical Medicine. Dr. Isiguzo is also a University Professor teaching nurse practitioner students. With over 23 years of healthcare experience in various specialties, he has provided a high standard of culturally competent care to a wide variety of patients including roles in inpatient clinical supervision and management. Dr. Isiguzo has remarkable skills in patient care, leadership, mentoring of interns and allied healthcare professionals.
